Phase 3 — Advisory

Your team runs the workflow. We make sure it was built right.

AI workflows fail three months in, not at launch. Implementation Oversight puts an experienced second set of eyes on the build before go-live and keeps us in an advisory seat afterward, while your own team or your implementation partner operates the system.

What We Do

Review, test, sign off, advise.

Build Review

We check the implementation against the specification: the systems it touches, how the model is called and grounded, and the guardrails in place.

Edge-Case Testing

We run the test plan against real and adversarial inputs before the workflow touches production data, and report what fails.

Go-Live Sign-Off

We confirm the acceptance tests pass and document what to watch for, so the people operating it know what normal looks like.

Change Advisory

When a vendor updates an API, a model shifts, or inputs change, we assess the impact and re-test with your team. The fix stays with whoever runs it.

Why It Matters

Three things that go wrong after launch, silently.

APIs Change

Vendors update endpoints, deprecate fields, and change rate limits without much warning.

Models Drift

The model behind a prompt today isn’t guaranteed to behave the same way after a provider update.

Edge Cases Surface

Real-world volume eventually sends a workflow something it wasn’t built to handle.

Where the line is. We design, review, test, and advise. Building, hosting, and operating the workflow stay with your team or an unaffiliated implementation partner. That separation is deliberate, and it keeps the specification and tests in your hands.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common oversight questions

Do you run the workflow after it goes live?

No. Your team or your implementation partner operates it. We review the build before go-live, sign off against the acceptance tests, and remain available as an advisor when something changes.

What happens when a vendor changes an API or a model drifts?

You tell us what changed, we review the impact against the specification, and we re-run the relevant tests with your team. The fix is implemented by whoever operates the workflow.

Is this a retainer?

It is scoped advisory time, agreed per engagement: a go-live review, and a defined number of review sessions afterward. It is not an operations or maintenance contract.

Can you advise on a workflow someone else designed?

Yes, provided there is a specification or we can write one first. Oversight without a written definition of done is guesswork, so that is where we start.
