Home / AI Workflow Automation / Workflow Implementation Sprint
Phase 2 — 4–8 Weeks
From roadmap to production — a scoped, production-ready build.
We build, test, and deploy the workflow your diagnostic identified. Scope is locked upfront based on the complexity of the integration, not billed by the hour, so you always know what’s being built before we start.
Two Kinds of Builds
Scope scales with integration complexity, not project size for its own sake.
SaaS-to-SaaS Automation
A single, well-defined workflow connecting tools you already use — for example, connecting a CRM to an LLM via Make.com or n8n to summarize sales calls and generate follow-up emails automatically.
Multi-System Integration
Integrating a custom LLM agent with legacy ERP systems or multiple internal platforms — requiring data extraction, data clean-up, custom logic, and compliance protocols alongside the automation itself.
What “Production-Ready” Means
Not a demo — something your team can rely on.
Built & Integrated
Connected to the real systems it needs to run against, not a sandbox or a mocked-up demo environment.
Tested Against Edge Cases
Checked against malformed input, missing fields, and failure conditions before it ever touches production data.
Documented & Handed Off
Delivered with documentation your team can actually use — not knowledge that leaves when the project ends.
The Sprint
Four phases over 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope.
Scope & Architecture
We lock the technical approach against the roadmap — which systems, which APIs, and what the workflow needs to handle.
Build & Integrate
We build the workflow and connect it to your existing tools, whether that’s a no-code platform or custom integration code.
Test Edge Cases
We run the workflow against real and adversarial inputs to find failure points before your team does.
Deploy & Hand Off
We move it into production and walk your team through how it works and what to watch for.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to common implementation questions
How is the sprint scoped?
Scope is locked upfront against the roadmap from the diagnostic — which systems, which APIs, and what the workflow needs to handle — so both sides know exactly what’s being built before work starts.
What tools do you build with?
Depends on the scope. Straightforward SaaS-to-SaaS workflows are often built on platforms like Make.com or n8n. Complex multi-system builds involving legacy ERPs or custom compliance requirements typically need custom code and direct API integration rather than a no-code platform alone.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
The sprint is scoped against the roadmap from the diagnostic before work starts. If new requirements come up mid-build, we scope that as a change and adjust the plan accordingly rather than absorbing it silently or stalling the original timeline.
Do you integrate with legacy ERP systems?
Yes. Complex multi-system builds routinely involve extracting and cleaning data from legacy ERP systems, applying compliance protocols, and connecting the result to an LLM agent or automation platform.
