Claude for Salesforce
Get ready for Claude in Salesforce, the integration everyone's calling Claudeforce.
In August 2026, Salesforce and Anthropic announced an expanded partnership bringing Claude into Agentforce, Salesforce data, and Slack. We help you understand what's actually being rolled out, assess whether you're ready for it, and get a pilot or rollout moving.
What's Actually Being Announced
Three integrations under one name, not one single feature.
Claudeforce isn’t a single toggle you switch on. It’s three separate pieces, announced together: a Salesforce in Claude plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills, Claude in Salesforce becoming the default reasoning model inside Agentforce, and Claude becoming the default model in Slack. Data access for all of it runs through Amazon Bedrock inside Salesforce’s Trust Boundary. Knowing which piece actually matters for your org is most of the work.
What We Help With
Getting from announcement to a working pilot.
Readiness Assessment
Evaluating whether your current Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Slack setup is actually positioned to take advantage of Claude as the reasoning model.
Trust Boundary & Governance Review
Assessing how data flows through Amazon Bedrock and the Salesforce Trust Boundary against your own compliance and data-residency requirements.
Pilot & Beta Enrollment
Scoping a pilot request, defining success criteria, and preparing your org for open beta as access expands through late 2026.
Skill Customization
Adapting the prebuilt sales skills — meeting prep, deal health review, pipeline review — to how your sales process actually runs.
Agentforce Migration Planning
For orgs already running Agentforce on a different model, planning what changes when Claude becomes the reasoning engine underneath it.
Slack Rollout Coordination
Coordinating the Slack-side changes — Slackbot, Claude Tag, Slack Code — so they land alongside the Salesforce-side rollout, not separately.
How We Approach It
Five steps, built around a moving target.
Current-State Review
What you’re actually running today across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Slack.
Readiness & Trust Boundary Assessment
Whether your data governance and security posture line up with how Bedrock and the Trust Boundary actually work.
Pilot or Beta Enrollment Support
Scoping the request and defining what success looks like before you apply.
Configuration & Skill Customization
Setting it up and adapting the prebuilt skills to your actual workflows once you have access.
Rollout & Change Management
Getting your team using it, with the Salesforce and Slack sides landing together.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to common Claudeforce questions
What is Claudeforce?
Claudeforce is the popular name for the expanded partnership Salesforce and Anthropic announced on August 26, 2026. It has three parts: a “Salesforce in Claude” plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills (meeting prep, deal health review, pipeline review), Claude becoming the default reasoning model inside Agentforce (powering the Atlas Reasoning Engine, Agentforce Vibes, and Agentforce Coworker), and Claude becoming the default AI model in Slack. Data access runs through Amazon Bedrock inside Salesforce’s Trust Boundary.
Is Claudeforce available yet?
As of this writing it’s available to select pilot customers, with open beta expected in September 2026 and additional prebuilt skills launching in late 2026. Salesforce has stated pricing and packaging are still subject to change.
Do we need to already be running Agentforce to use this?
Since Claude becomes the reasoning model inside Agentforce specifically, an existing or planned Agentforce deployment is the natural foundation. Part of our readiness assessment is confirming exactly what your current setup needs before a Claude transition makes sense.
How is this different from your existing Agentforce Consulting?
Agentforce Consulting covers the broader agent architecture on Salesforce regardless of which model powers it. This service is specifically about the Claude and Anthropic layer — the Trust Boundary and Bedrock governance questions, the new prebuilt skills, and planning a transition or pilot enrollment — for teams specifically adopting Claude as their reasoning model.
