Tom Granger
Founder & Principal Architect
Tom is an enterprise and AI solutions architect who builds high-stakes technology in environments where mistakes are expensive. He founded FDG Web and scaled it from a solo consultancy into a 16-person agency, led the firm through a successful acquisition, and now advises organizations as a strategic consultant and product architect.
His work sits at the intersection of executive business goals and deep-platform engineering. Tom specializes in helping organizations solve “impossible” technical challenges, particularly in highly regulated industries and complex commerce environments, where compliance, data governance, and autonomous AI all have to hold together at once. That focus is what shapes Archer Ajax: CRM-native logic, enterprise-grade data architecture, and AI agents built to act safely inside real-world constraints.
